Restaurant Sphinx has been accommodated in a restored mansion in Fira since 1991. Its unique view over the Caldera of Santorini becomes more breathtaking during the exquisite sunsets just in front of you.
Chef and owner George Psychas, creates Mediterranean cuisine which showcase the best of Santorini's products and the freshest of the Aegean's Sea fish. Sophisticated service welcomes you in the restaurant's relaxing environment and an extensive selection of exceptional wines accompanies your dinner.
Original artwork of the Santorinian artist Christopher Asimis, surround the two dining rooms which are built in the traditional way and the three verandas of the building overlook the Caldera and the Volcano. The restaurant offers a private veranda and dining room for receptions and functions.

Terms and Conditions:
The lower terrace can be given privately for 20 people and up. In case of less than 20 people, there is an extra charge of 1000 euro.
The indoor party room has a rental fee of 400 euro and it includes professional stereo system for cd’s, mp3, ipod or laptop which the couple can handle themselves.
Reception lasts up to 12:30am.
Ceremony venue available It costs : 400 euro
Deposit needed for confirming a reservation.
The rest of the total amount has to be paid the day before, directly to the restaurant.
