Russian citizens wedding documents for Santorini Weddings
If you are a Russian citizen and you and you are thing of having a legal civil wedding ceremony in Santorini, please see the legal wedding documents that out Town hall is require for official wedding ceremony.
Note: The wedding requirements information comes directly for the legal department of Santorini’s Town Hall.
Requirements
- You must be 18 years or older to get married.
- Birth Certificates for both of you with Apostille Stamp and translated in to Greek
- Single status letter or Letter of No Impediment for each with Aportile stamped, translated in to Greek
- Marriage Licence for each – You need to take it from ZAGS of your region with Apostille stamped and translated to Greek
- Photocopy of your Passports and Visa
- Divorce or Death certificates, if any
You must be in Santorini 1 (one) business day after your wedding to register your wedding. If this is not possible, you must obtain a document that will give my agency the authority to register your wedding on your behalf and you have to contact us to send you a sample of that document via email.
Please Note that after you get all your wedding documents, you need to translate them in Greek: Greek translations are accepted only from Santorini’s Town hall, if they have been done by the Greek Embassy of your area.
