| El Viento villa is located on the caldera side of Megalohori village. It is the oldest century-old stone-built windmill that was recently renovated offering an unforgettable experience in Santorini. It is the ideal location to watch the magnificent sunset, the dramatic sceneries of the natural curved cliffs and the Aegean Sea. Megalochori village is one of the most traditional villages of Santorini full of neoclassical and traditional houses, picturesque churches with bell towers and a lively main square. Important notes: • PetranArt catering company must be arranged for the reception dinner. No other external catering is allowed to be hired for food, wedding cake and drinks options except for PetranArt. • Children under 14 years old are free of charge on the open bar costs. • All necessary documents, wedding registrar, flowers, arch, chairs and decoration must be arranged by the couple or their wedding planner. Regardless the situation, in case of need to move furniture, (tables etc) the event organizer is obliged to reinstate everything in its former state/position/situation. The indoor furniture is not removable in any case. • During the reception, the presence of the wedding planner or the manager of our Venue is necessary for the safety of the guests. • El Viento Villa and its stuff are not obliged to provide wedding services. The couple or their wedding planner is responsible for all wedding arrangements. • The Reception finishes as soon as the agreed open bar duration ends. The guests are obliged to depart right after the end. • According to local laws and to secure the peacefulness of the area, music level must lower at midnight (at 85 db). • Every kind of damage or alteration of the establishment of El Viento Villa will be charged as a whole. Security deposit is required for receptions upon arrival. • The indoor area of El Viento Villa is only for the couple to use. The indoor premises remain closed during a private ceremony/reception, for safety reasons. Only the accommodated guests may have access.• The property of El Viento is not considered child friendly. If there are children among the guests, it’s obligatory that they could be always supervised by an adult. We carry no responsibility in case of an accident. • El Viento villa carries no responsibility in case of lost items, during any event. • To hold any kind of gathering, pre wedding party, post wedding gathering, private dinner, family dinner, the Villa Manager must be informed at all times. An extra fee may apply. • Sky fireworks are allowed only outside of the villa. • Outdoor Jacuzzi in the pool during an event is prohibited. • In case of shortage of a specific brand, El Viento villa will replace it with a similar quality brand. • El Viento villa reserves the right to differentiate the bar list due to unexpected changes that may occur until 2023 – 2024. •To confirm the booking, the full amount of venue fee rent is required • According to our cancellation policy, deposits are not refundable. They can be transferable to a new date.   |
