Dear Nikos Farley and I would like to thank you so much for being our wedding consultant for our wedding on September 24, 2009 at Villa Irini in Santorini. We are now back home and found everything was so professional – the video is just better than I expected and the photographs just beautiful. You made our day so special and would like to take this opportunity to also thank Anna, Kiki and of course, Yanni for performing our ceremony. We had a hard time to translate all the legal papers but, finally, we managed all right and, everything was perfect. Mr. and Mrs. Pierre and Christine Dear Nikos and Anna, We got the beautiful album, video and pictures today. I flipped through the album and wow, just wow! Amazing pictures. It was so bright though we kept squinting our eyes. We’re not used to that after a dark winter. We will have to come back and do this in five years and maybe do a vowel renewal and finish that photo tour. It was just incredible. It went by too fast. I completely forgot to bustle my dress too and the bustle on that dress is gorgeous, but it all turned out amazing. What an experience. Thank you so very much for everything. Myself and my now husband got married in Sanorini at Irene Villa On 21st May this year. I am only now just getting round to placing a review but I cant stress enough, if you are thinking of getting married here and are wanting a little help choosing a wedding planner then look no further. Santorini and Irene Villa will not disappoint and neither will Nikos and his team. They were absolutely amazing from start to finish and we could not have asked for a more perfect day. I am so glad we picked him to organise our wedding. I did lots of research before we decided on Nikos as I’m sure you all will. The initial reason I was drawn to Nikos was purely because he was the cheapest. In the back of my mind though I was a little worried that cheapest wasn’t necessary the best and that there had to be a catch? However, after numerous emails with him and other wedding planners I realized he was offering exactly the same services, if not more. Nikos arranged to call me and from the minute we started chatting all my worries went and my mind was put at ease. Nikos was very friendly; he answered all my questions and explained everything in detail. He seemed very relaxed and easy going which is what I needed. That was it we had our wedding planner. From then on I bombarded Nikos and his assistant Anna with lots of questions and they always got back to me straight away and were very helpful with other things that were nothing to do with the wedding such as car hire and hotels etc. Nikos and Anna came to our villa a few days before the wedding to go trough all the formalities and check we were ready and happy. They were both really professional and friendly. We could have gone to Irene as well if we wanted but we didn’t have time in the end. The night before our wedding we had a complete nightmare; our baby was very ill and screamed the whole night through. The day of the wedding he was no better so we went to the hospital. To cut a long story short (you don’t need to know all these details) he was fine to leave but they wanted to see him later that evening just to keep an eye on him. Anyway Nikos was picking me up in the car at 5pm for our sunset wedding and we didn’t leave the hospital until 3.30. I only had 45mins to get ready in the end. As you can imagine this was not how I planned for my wedding and I was very stressed and upset. When Nikos arrived to pick me, my sister and dad up, the car was a stunning new black Merc and he was turned out immaculately. I explained what had happened and he was very understanding and reassuring. He told me to relax everything would be fine. We were having trouble with the taxi for my mum and he sorted that out for me as well. On the way there I was so nervous – and I want to stop off at the shop to buy a shot of something for a little dutch courage and he even had all that sorted. A bottle appeared from his boot on arrival! The venue was perfect, his team had done it out lovely and the view and sunset were to die for. The ceremony went without a hitch and we got everything we wanted and more for a very reasonable price. We felt like royalty, Nikos took the unofficial photos, Anna did the DVD and we had a official photographer, translator for him as he was Greek (he also doubled up as a male bridesmaid, helping me up and down stairs etc) and I had a girl to set my dress out for the pictures. It was unbelievable! Nikos let the grandparents sit in his air-con car with the baby and accommodated me when I wanted to stop the photos to go see him. We were then taken to the restaurant with clear instructions of where to meet the in next few days. All the legalities went ahead with no fuss or trouble and the DVD and photos were given promptly and are absolutely beautiful, they came in a gorgeous album. I can’t say anymore really (I could ramble forever) other than how delighted I, my partner and all our family were with the amazing wedding Nikos and his team planned for us. Everything went perfectly without one hitch which is amazing to say you are completely unaware of how things work out there and are putting your 100% trust in someone you have never met.
